Refunds & Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Squids 3D. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging (for filament, the vacuum-sealed bag must be unopened).
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via WooPayments). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately at contact@squids3d.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
4. Local Pickup Orders
For orders picked up locally in Sioux Falls, returns must be coordinated via email and dropped off at our designated pickup location.
