2. Order & Shipping Policy

Bundling Requirement: To maintain our wholesale-style pricing, Squids 3D requires a minimum order of 6 rolls. All orders must be placed in multiples of 6 (6, 12, 18, 24, etc.). We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders that do not meet these criteria.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products and Pricing

Availability: Certain products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability (The “Maker” Clause)

3D printing involves variables beyond our control (printer calibration, environmental moisture, user settings, etc.).

Squids 3D is not liable for any damages, losses, or failed prints resulting from the use of our products.
In no case shall Squids 3D, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

All content on this site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Squids 3D and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of our service or products without express written permission from us.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota.
