Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Squids 3D, we strive to provide the best value for the maker community by streamlining our logistics. Please review our specific shipping and pickup guidelines below.
1. Order Requirements
To maintain our competitive pricing and efficient shipping:
- Minimum Order: All orders must meet a 6-roll minimum.
- Multiples of 6: Orders must be placed in multiples of 6 (e.g., 6, 12, 18, 24 rolls).
- Mix & Match: You are welcome to mix and match any available colors and materials (PLA, PETG, Silk) to reach these quantities.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to the contiguous United States using reliable carriers (UPS/USPS).
- 6 Rolls: Flat rate shipping of $9.50.
- 12+ Rolls: FREE SHIPPING on all orders of 12 rolls or more.
- Delivery Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 1–5 business days depending on your location.
3. Free Local Pickup (Sioux Falls, SD)
Local makers in the Sioux Falls area can skip the shipping fees entirely.
- Cost: Always FREE.
- How it works: Select “Local Pickup” during checkout.
- Scheduling: Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from contact@squids3d.com. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) to coordinate a pickup time at our designated Sioux Falls location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@squids3d.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
